“The role has long been played by the same actor, so it might feel strange to see it played by someone else.”

“At first it felt a little bit strange to sit on the new couch, so we continued to use the old one.”

“Something feels off with the fact that one out of every four elementary school students has smartphones.”

“The pitcher was forced to sit out the game after telling the coach that something felt off with his right shoulder.”

“I decided to wear glasses today instead of contacts because something felt wrong with my left eye.”

“I feel out of place at upscale restaurants.”
“Denim jeans would be completely out of place at a black-tie event.”

“In the earlier stages of development, text-to-speech applications sounded quite unnatural, but these days they are sounding more and more like human speech.”

“I was impressed with how she could effortlessly strike up a conversation with a complete stranger.”
